The blended support model brings the best of both worlds to our clients in one seamless delivery model, combining the onshore and offshore teams.

The blended model allows the client to interface with a single point of contact, typically an onshore account manager. We also build an onshore Resource Desk team, who are available online to support our offshore team and our new onshore agents.
